At Buelow Vetter we believe in the adage “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” So, we work with our clients to develop policies, strategies and procedures for preventing claims from arising. We assist employers in drafting employee handbooks and manuals. We offer training to enable supervisors to recognize and effectively implement policies and procedures while minimizing claims. We advise employers on employee hiring, discipline and discharge,  compensation and benefits issues, and compliance with the myriad of laws that affect employers.
