Q: What is your favorite lawyer movie and why?
A: Jurassic Park. The lawyer is the first guy eaten by the dinosaurs—somehow that seems fitting.
Q: What music would we find on your playlist?
A: Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, Bonnie Raitt and Van Morrison, plus lots of jazz.
Q: What is your favorite vacation destination and why?
A: Sailing in the Virgin Islands. There are no televisions, computers, cell phones or other distractions—just the trade winds and mango daiquiris.
Q: If you could take a 6 month sabbatical, what would you do and why?
A: I would hike as many of the national parks as I could. There is nothing more peaceful and breathtaking than our national parks, and I would love to spend at least a week hiking in each one of them.
Q: What was your first job?
A: My undergraduate degree is in criminal justice. I worked my way through college as a store detective at Gimbels department store in downtown Milwaukee.
Q: Favorite food or cuisine.
A: I could eat Mexican food 7 days a week and never grow tired of it.
Q: One thing my clients do not know about me is…
A: I am an Air Force brat. I was born in France, and lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Alaska, and New York before settling in Wisconsin for high school.
